I dont' think  that we will. But, Samething i've done in Triggers with the field value from OnOpen Segment. You may try samething

Yes , you can . Add a on open trigger with the filed and values

* Go to document Properties >Triggers > On Open > Select the Action > and add the filed and expression or value
