Need Clarification

Hi Community,

I have 10 tables, all data required in 10 tables, and i have 5 to 10 fields are same in the tables.

Which one is better??

Concatenate or Link table??

Please anyone can explain...!!!

Go for Link table, if all tables are having different data and common fields.

I have 3 tables almost same fileds.

Actually i have created Flag for each table, and concatenate 10 tables.

is this make sense??

or can i do Linktable??

Hi,

Generally we will go for Concatenation only when we have all common fields, otherwise use Link table.

if few tables have similar columns as u mentioned 3 tables u can concatenate them and link the rest of the tables.
