This Is standard behavior of Qlik:

But I want the listbox to be looks like

Here I have split it into three list boxes with expression wild match. The problem I am not able to select elements in all three columns at same time.

Did you saw the example i shared? It involves in creating a "On Any Select Trigger"

Document Properties --> Triggers --> On any Select --> Action --> Select in field
