Negotations Timed Out

Hi all

I have next problem:

when i connect to QlikView 11 server qvp://login@ip i get error

failed to reach server:*****:-1

switching to HTTP tunneling

Connected to server OK, Negotations Timed Out

Server: Windows server 2008 64-bit put on OracleVirtual Box

firewall-not work

My OS- Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit

port 4747 open
