Not opening access point

Hi All,

When i'm trying to open the Qlikview accesspoint from my machine it is getting continuously ‘loading content’ for the accesspoint.

I am Using QV 11.20.11643.0 64 bit Edition with IIS.

By seeing some posts on same issue i founded some suggestion as listed below but not resolved :

1.) QlikView IIS  application pool is set for .net V4

2.) And run this command C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Kindly provide your suggestion ?
