ODBC Connection String

I am trying to create a connection string using the ODBC connection the issue I am having is that it is creating a connection string but inserting actual user and password instead of encrypted user and passs. I would like to see the encrypted info.

There is an option Scramble connect User Credentials. Is that turned on?
