On hover: How did they do it

Hi

I've been viewing Across Borders dashboard, the winner of 'Open Data Challenge'. And there you can see the charts are quite interactive. I'm new to qlikview with basic UI experience, can anyone tell me how can we design such a dashboard, where you can display values on hovering on the dashboard itself.
