Only Show the Total?

Hi, is it possible to create a straight table, but then only show the totals? I thought about resizing it to only one row and disabling move / resize, but then you have a scrollbar that ruins it. Or maybe there's a better way to do what I'm doing? Essentially, I want to calculate the total volume by the top ten sites, and show just the total, not a breakdown, and then I want to show what percentage this is of the total volume?

Hello Rich,

I think using a text object properly formatted would help you do that. You can check the Gauge chart option as well.

Hope that helps

Depending on your expressions, it may be as simple as removing the dimensions from the table and disable totalling on the expressions. I often use this for summary information on a dashboard page, as an alternative to text boxes.

Another tip: turn on horizontal in the presentation tab.

BUMP!  I would like to be able to do this too.  If you figured out how Rick, please let me know.

I believe the Straight Table with no dimensions shoujld do the trick of showing only totals.

That is correct Oleg.  My issue really was that I had to load the value I was summing for a subset of the total.  But this is the answer to the question.
