Opening image transparent

Hi Everyone,

Is there a procedure for opening image to be transparent when Qlikview app is opened?. I tried to test it with a transparent image. When opened, the image background is in grey squares.

Can you please help me out on this?.

hi KV,

         Sorry to say but cudnt undrstand properly ur requirement........coz taking an image in text object n setting transparency to 100% will obviously show no image wen u open an app...

You can have an image displayed when Qlikview is opened (Ex. Company logo). I was looking for that image to be transparent so that you can see the background.

I have uploaded my company logo (transparent image -  see through) on qlikview.

Settings -->  Document properties --> Opening --> Select image --> upload.

When opened on the desktop, the image is transparent and I can see the icons on my desktop but when I open Qlikview the image is transparent but the background is in grey squares.

I hope this was clear.
