Output data should in Calender format

I have one scenario which i am not able to get output.

Sheet1 is my input and in sheet2 i have given my output format.

expression is sum(data)/sum(data1).

For example when i choose Jan-2017 the output should be

Because jan-2017 month first start from Sun same way when i choose Feb-2017 output should be
