Passing string from qlik variable external file

Hi All,

I am using excel file for variables.Whenecer I am using IP address of server, it is working fine.

On the other hand whenever I am passing alias name for server it is not functioning  and value is not passing.

Please suggest.

My be creating a redirect in your hosts file:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

e.g

# Redirect

23.32.108.110    Website.net
