I inserted one row of job data effective date : 17-JAN-14 with action TER and action reason TES. The HR_STATUS and EMPL_STATUS changed the "I" and "T" respectively. After that I inserted one row of back dated data that have effdt 01-JAN-14 with action PAY and ANR .Then I realized that the HR_STATUS and EMPL_STATUS followed the data with effdt 17-JAN-14 which is "I" and "T" .
For your information, the HR_STATUS and EMPL_STATUS is Read access only in the CI.It will change automatically according to the Action. Can anyone suggest me where can I check the peoplecode that trigger the changes of the HR_STATUS and EMPL_STATUS?
I can delete and reload again 01-JAN-14 followed by 17-JAN-14 and that for sure will update those column correctly. But currently i want to insert back-dated data without inherit the HR_STATUS and EMPL_STATUS from the terminated row.
