Plugin Issue

Hi All,

We have a application which accessed by users using QV plugins. But suddenly few users are getting the below error message while accessing the application .

Error Message:

"QlikView Analyzer for Microsoft® Internet Explorer is not installed"

Can anyone help me with the above issue.
