Populate missing sum with necessary values

Good day!

I have qvd file with fields:

Revenue with VAT price

Revenue w/o VAT price

Net revenue price

Net net revenue price

These fields agregated by PricesKey and YearMonth.

For some YearMonth values (Revenue with VAT price,Revenue w/o VAT price,Net revenue price,Net net revenue price)  is null.

In these cases i need get values from nearest previous YearMonths.
