Publisher Reload Fails with Connect32

I have an application that is using the 'Force 32 Bit' option to use a Lotus Notes database 32 bit ODBC driver.  If I reload the application using a V10 64 bit desktop client, it reloads successfully.   When I attempt to schedule the document to be reloaded in Publisher, I see the below message in the log file:

5/20/2011 6:35:20 AM: 0019  ODBC CONNECT32*

5/20/2011 6:35:20 AM:       Error: SQL##f - SqlState: IM005, ErrorCode: 0, ErrorMsg: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_DBC failed

5/20/2011 6:35:20 AM:       General Script Error

I am using the latest SR2 version of Server and Desktop.
