Note that a distributed document may not appear immediately in the AccessPoint. Sometimes you'll need a little patience, but not much.

  1. To whom and to what location did you distribute your document? Can you post a screenshot of the Distribute tab?
  2. Does your document have Section Access?

The AccessPoint is the portal of QlikView Server. Its contents is managed by QlikView Server. If you want to publish a document in the AP, you should distribute that document to the QlikView Server or your document will get lost.

Publishing to a Folder that has the same path as the Document root of your AccessPoint will NOT produce the same.result. It will simply drop your document somwhere in the file system, and adjust file permissions if needed

If you don't find an area like the below in your version of the Distribute tab, then yes you are effectively blocked from publishing your document in the AccessPoint.

A Document Administrator has few options at his disposal to configure QlikView Server and/or Distributrion Service. I guess you should ask a QlikView Administrator for help.

There is no attachment "below"...

It's fairly easy. If your Distribute tab has an area with "Distribute to QlikView Server" as title, then you can publish to the AccessPpoint. If your version of the Distribute tab doesn't have that area, then you can't and a QlikView Administrator should configure your document to be published in the AP.
