I looked into each document.But no use. Could some one suggest something

The SAP machine is up-and-running and reachable but doesn't like you to connect That's what the ERROR TEXT says: Connection refused.

Probably a firewall blocking connections. Did you ever succesfully connect to this SAP server using the SAP Connector? Did you install the transports in SAP?
