I just try to install the QV11 IR (QlikViewDesktop_x86Setup).
I'm facing a problem to enter my licence Key & Control number.
My previous information (from v10) are unknown "Qlikview was unabke to acquire valide licence information for your licence key..."
Did you experienced such issue ? I neved had problem to install previous version

For me , finally it was not a technical problem but a financial one !
My licence expired because my company (300 000 employee) didn't pay the bill... because QlikTech didn't send me the bill for the annual renewal !!!
Happily, thanks to my QT-salesman, I received a temporary licence code for one month just the time to receive the bill and pay it.

I had the same issue, however we're a partner and all our lef credentials had to be updated.
Now I can see access point and use my iPad accordingly....
