QV12 sessions log

Hi All, After QV12 up-gradation I'm getting the document path change in session log file (C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\).

Old Session log -> Document - C:\Production\ABC.qvw

New Session log -> Document - C:/Production/ABC.qvw

The Forward slash has been changed and please help to change this to old format
