QV9 Server - Define users to be analyzers or developers

How can I define a group of users that can only be analyzers and another group that can be developers in QVServer 9?

There's no definiton of these terms per se. However, you can create 2 separate AD groups and give write permissions on your QVWs to one (the "Developer" group) and read/execute permissions to the other (the "Analyzer" group).
