QVScriptGenTool Setup problem

Hello everyone

I'm trying to setup the QVScriptGenTool   package, everything necessary is already available (JAVA 7, .net Platform 4.0.....) and I followed everylittle detail of the setup guide , but I clik  on the App I have this error message

Windows Application has stopped working :: Problem Event Name CLR20r3

I don't know if any of you have had this error before.
