QlikView 12 Mapping Extension

I am using the QlikView extension that can be found here https://github.com/brianwmunz/QuickMap-QV11 and I am running into a problem with IE11 specifically.  

In chrome and IE10 it comes through like the below.  In IE11 it's the bottom picture.  Any ideas?  I've turned off all security in IE11 and no luck.
