QlikView Compact Login not possible

Dear Support

after starting QlikView (ScorePortal Compact) via Accesspoint the login mask appears.

However, after registration you fall back in to the registration mask after about 10 seconds. The user is somehow not dragged trhough.

We have already created the users in the scoreportal as well as in qlikview. The users arte therefore known to the programs.

which authentication method and login form are you using?

You mentioned the users being created in QlikView. Do you mean that you are using custom users? Or are your users active directory/ldap users?

Our settings are the same as your screenshoot. we are using active directroy/ldap users.
