Hi @qwebnm,

You're referring to License Lease for QV Desktop from QV Server? Note there is a limitation on how many license leases that can be performed by the same Named User CAL. Refer to article How to Lease a License from QlikView Server to QlikView Desktop, which states: 
License lease only allows a borrowed cal to be used twice in a 24 hour / 7 day period, depending on the version.
