QlikView Offline Service 11.20 SR9 upgrading issue

Hi,

I'm doing an upgrading of QlikView Offline Service to version 11.20 SR9 on a server with 4GB RAM Windows Server 2008 R2 standard 64 bit.

Attached the errors I faced.

Please someone can help me to understand the cause of this error ?

I wonder if this is because of the 32 vs 64 bit version. Is your QVS 64 bit version?

We just upgraded and had no issues.

yes QVS is 64 bit version the same as QlikView Offline Service.
