@KenAdams,

Is there a discrepancy in data if the QVW is reloaded in QlikView Desktop vs. QlikView Publisher? Have you compared the load script of the QVW that is stored in QDS Source Documents vs. a  copy of the QVW that has the expected data?
The error you are reporting may not be associated with the issue. Can you attach the full task log?

@KenAdams

The message meant that the task doesn't not have a mounted folder to send the updated document to. This will get the exact behavior you are seeing.

Go to the task and edit. Click on the distribution tab and add the correct mounted folder.

Hello chip,

The data refresh issue was with the script, but can you help for the below issue?

While modifying/ creating new task user is only getting option to distribute to folder in qmc i.e. distribute-> manually->distribute to folder and not distribute-> manually-> distribute to Qlikview server, he is encountering with following error "At least one of the qvs distributions does not have a mount specified" is there any way we can provide him the permission to directly distribute files to Qlikview server?

Hi @KenAdams,

We're glad to learn that the data issue has been resolved by comparing the load scripts. Regarding this other issue, suggest that you have a screen share session with the user who is experiencing the issue and have a sanity check on if they're taking the correct steps to create/edit Publisher tasks. If you do need further assistance, start a new, separate thread and provide screen capture of what the users is seeing on the QMC as well as info if the user is a full QlikView administrator or if they are a Document Administrator. Thanks!
