Qlikview Reports - Header / Footer not printing

Hi All,

I am preparing a Qlikview report for printing which includes some Header and Footer information.

The Header and Footer display correctly on-screen however they do not print out at all.

Has anyone come across this issue before? Is there a workaround?

I am using v9.00.7440.8 SR3. It is an enterprise installation so an upgrade is is not possible.
