Hi Luis,

Do you have the latest release (11282) of v11 and .NET 4 Extended installed? Does that happen randomly or does it follow any pattern in browsing the QMC?

And yes I have installed both Microsoft .Net Framework 4 extended and Microsoft .Net Framework 4 client profile and the latest release (11282) of v11.

Hi Luis,

Maybe obvious but did you try repairing the installation? Are you using the IIS or the QVWS? Those "Internal Inconsistency X" (where X is A-D) are quite cryptic and they do not have a direct correspondence to a fixed error for the time being...
