Read Client Machine Identification Name from Qlikview Log file

Dear All,

Already i load the Qlikview log file, but i can't understand the "Client Machine Identification" column. Because it shows machine learning coded. 

Need your help to convert the "Client Machine Identification" column into a readable format.
