By loading it, making the necessary loads and re-store it (on the same path and name)

Please tell me if the following steps are right :

1) I have data till 31st June

2) I create a QVD using store into function. Name of .qvd is FIRST_QVD

3) I open a new QlikView file and for its source use FIRST_QVD

4) I am able to create viz using the data

INCREMENTAL :

On 1st July i get 100 new records. How do i incrementally add those to QVD Directly?

Or the only way is to do an incremental load first in edit script and re construct a new QVD?

there is no single way to do this, it depends on your architecture.

to answer your question, how do yo store your new records ? on a new QVD ? how do you name the new QVD's ?
