Remove personalization in web browser

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to remit to the original the presentation in a QlikView application in the QlikView Access point ?

For example, the arrangement of columns in a tab that the user have moved.

Dear Oliver,

What Client are you using? IE plug-in or Ajax?  in Ajax, you can select "remove last state" and will return application original column size. Go to Accesspoint> click view details > click "Remove last document state".

Or may be try by deleting server objects, created by users in Particular application.

Yes,

But i'm note sure which one.

Before deleting I wold say take a backup of  .shared file
