Report printing issue QV 11

Hi all

i have a recent issue that popped up

on our qv server recently upgraded to qv 11..  when someone goes and selects a report all it does is it shows printing report.

nothing else. it just sits there till it is manually cancelled

not sure where to look or what to look for

but when i go into client it prints fine
