Reporting feature

Is it possible for customer to create report by themselves by dragging the pre-defined objects in qlikview, i know customer can drag and drop objects into the report, but just wanted to check if they can create customized report as per there request, whats the feature available in latest version of qlikview...

You can use conditional enabling of dimensions and expressions to achieve this. This is new feature in Qlikview 11. Please refer the below URL.

In server environment, if you 'Allow Server Object Creation', users would be able to copy an already created chart and change it(dimension/expression) as needed in ajax client.

if we deploy in the client environment, is it possible to create the chart? using pre defined objects created by us?

Do you mean web client(users are accessing throught web browser)? If so, yes.
