Sample qvw for Valuelist and Valueloop

Hello can somebody attach a sample qvw  which uses value list and valueloop with data defined using inline in the script editor.

I tried reading blogs and threads on them, but did not get a good idea.

Note: I need sample qvw not explanation/definition !
