Scatter chart background

Hi,

is it possible to reproduce the below in qlikview, and i don't mean the scatter plot and the reference lines, i just need to know how can we add those boxes 'Sparkling stars', 'Mad Dogs' etc... i don't want to add it as a background image as the charts is not fixed in size and it might be ruined if i add an image.

can you use semi transparent text boxes set to Top Layer?

and then hold cntrl + shift to place them on the chart
