A scrollbar will be only displayed for expressions and not for dimensions. Maybe you could replace some dimensions with a expression and/or reducing the column-widths and/or removing some of the fields and/or splitting the tables into multiple specialized one (especially if it's the aim to export the table - quite often it's more appropriate to use specialized objects/sheets for printings and exports instead of merging this aim with analytical goals to the objects).
