Create one Excel for OSUSER Section Access and then load that updated Excel on your QMC then Check ???

because i want to know its possibility as i dont want to play around QMC and get meessed up with it

I didn't get you.

What do you mean of Reference. Create one Excel with the field names are

ACCESS               NTNAME               ALLOW                                PASSWORD(Optional)

ADMIN                  OSUSER()             Depends on your Access       *QlikView*
