Separate bar

i have a bar chart with all the quarters   .

but my requirment is   i want to show  2018Q4 2019Q1,2019Q2,2019Q3  and beyond 2019Q3     means 2019Q4 2020Q1 2020Q2 ...till last quarter as separate bar.  as shown in image, !

in attached qvw  - first sheet first chart i need to show like below.

there is one issue i can see...    when i go mouse over  i can see  garbage error... 

how to overcome this?

You just have to give a name to the first dimension label like Fiscal_Periode

one more thing... i added the format  billion million and thousands

so now axis is showing whatever i selected but when i mouse over the decimal points showing more  how to restrict to two decimal ?
