Session Collaboration - will not enable

Hi,

When I want to enable Session Collaboration, (system -> setup -> QVS@servername -> Documents), I get "Enter Control".

I enter the controlnumber ( system -> Licenses -> Server -> Server lisence) and click "Apply". The Qlikview server restarts.

Then the Session Collaboration has been reset to "not enabled".

If I try again, the process starts all over

Got a call from Qlikview Support 🙂  Thanks

The Control Number has to be entered at    system -> setup -> QVS@servername -> General.

This has something to do with the version we are running. Should be fixed in the latest version of Qlikview server.
