Set Analysis not working, why?

Hi Community

I'm trying to solve a problem using Set Analysis. I want to count the number of rows that a certain value appears.

I'm writing this way:

= Num (count ({($ <columnname = 'String'>} NrLine)

In Load I created a function RecNo () as NrLine.

The error it gives me is Error in set modifier ad hoc element list: ',' or ')' but I can not find the place to put it.
