I have a problem on QlikView.

I work on a QlikView project, I found this expression in a chart :

count({<[Categorie_Client]={'A'}>}[Categorie_Client]) /count(TOTAL <moisannee> [Categorie_Client])

With as dimmension moisannee (as values : Jan. 2017, Fev.2017, Mars2017 ...)

My questions are:

     - What does the expression  <moisannées>  mean ( in  count(TOTAL <moisannee> [Categorie_Client])) ? what is this doing?

     - What is the equivalence of this expression in Set Analysis? (count(TOTAL <moisannee> [Categorie_Client]))

Any idea?
