Set analysis selected weeks this year vs weeks last year

hi.

at the lowest level i have week in my sales datamodel.

i wish to measure chosen weeks this year vs weeks last year, for example 201410 - 201411  vs 201310 - 201311

is this possible with set analysis?

i have attached my application for further review if there exists a solution for this.
