Show Dimension wise Count with out Using Dimensions List

Hi Guru's,

I want to show Course Name wise Count of Employee Number in Pivot Table.

But i dont want to use Course name in List of Dimensions.

I want to filter Count of employee Number Based on Course Name.I.e want to use course Name in expression but not in Dimension place

Please find the QVW.
