Simple Date Calculation proving not so simple..........

Hi,

I simply need to calculate the number of days between today and 01/06/2018......  but whatever I try doesnt seem to want to work...... 

anyone able to assist with this most simple of expressions??

DATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you dates read as a date field? If they are, you can just do this

Today() - DateField

If they are not, you can do this as a hack (suggest to fix them in the script)

Today() - Date#(DateField, 'MM/DD/YYYY')
