Spreadsheet changes in Qlikview

‌I have a spreadsheet loaded into Qlikview, when the spreadsheet is updated the changes are not reflected in Qlikview, what an I doing wrong?

Was the spreadsheet saved after the changes?

Was the Qlik app reloaded after that?
