Stack with different colors not working

I am trying to stack the branch in total cost by period bars, but it is not showing me add option. Does anyone know the solution?

Can you show the properties window dimensions and measures details. You should be able to add up to 2 dimensions if you have single measure. It doesn't allow 2nd dimension if you have two measures. But It appears you have single measure.
