Straight Table Null Issue

I am using Qlik Sense. I  have a Sales Order NO and Sum (Sales)  Expression.  When I list the Sales Order NO and Sales as a Dimension I can see all the values including the Nulls but as soon as I use Sum(Sales) . I get only rows with Values, it drops all the Null values, even though All value check box is checked.

Uncheck the Supress Zero values and try . Aggreation function will make the null value as 0

Already unchecked, also I dont want to use AGGR
