Subtotal for a Particular Pivot Dimension

Hi,

I have the following Pivot (Table1) and I need to subtotal the 'Sub Indicator' dimension only where Area is = 'Two'.  Can anyone help on the correct expression please?

This isn't directly possible - sub-totals for any field yes or no. But you could create an additionally field-value 'Total' in 'Sub Indicator' and use an If-loop in your expression.

Hi Tom,

Marcus is right but you can cheat QV using dimensionality() and colors

in background and text , test the dimension Area and the dimensionality() and play with text and background color
