Table Box Unique Number

Hi Community,

i have a table box, which having let say 4 column in it.

like below:

Header 1	Header 2	Header 3	Header 4
CaseReferNumber	Opening Date	Closing_Date	Note
1	24/1/2014	-	Hello,
1	24/1/2014	-	Hi,
1	25/1/2014	25/1/2014	contact me
2	27/1/2014	27/1/2014	Issue solved and Case Closed
3	28/1/2014	28/1/2014	---------------------------
4	28/1/2014	-	Hi, please review the issue
4	28/1/2014	29/1/2014	forwarder to ABC, and solved.

Questions is:

1) CaseReferenceNumber has Three rows, i want to show One row, and want to concatenate All notes, in one column, for every CaseReferenceNumber.

like below: (expected result)

Header 1	Header 2	Header 3	Header 4
CaseReferNumber	OpeningDate	ClosingDate	Note
1	24/1/2014	24/1/2014	all note for Case 1, should be here
2	28/1/2014		case 2, all note
3	28/1/2014		case 3 , all notes.

Or

if i can get the expected result in excel . that would be also helpful. (export using macro or any other way)

perpahps in a straight table using CaseRefNumber as dimension and

concat(Note) as expression

min o max date as expression for Opening and Closing Date
