Text Object Value

Hello,

I have a query with displaying value in a text object.
I have two sheets in total, the Main sheet has different role logins (Hierarchy wise).
The data changes according to the selected role. 
I want to keep one text object common irrespective of which role I log in from.
What way can I get this done?
